Life in Pictures: Tenby South Beach

Life in Pictures is a photographic journal of things we’ve been doing lately.

Whilst on holiday at Bluestone National Park Resort, we spent two wonderful days at Tenby South Beach. As it was off-season, parking was easy in the pay and display carpark above the beach, and there were hardly any people at all gracing the soft golden sands. And no-one in the sea, except a few dogs!

The children absolutely loved playing and digging in the sand and we also tried some sand drawing and paddling. It was the most fun we’ve had in ages.

On our second visit we had lunch at the Tenby South Beach Bar and Grill, situated in the new complex just above and accessible directly from the beach. The meals were all good quality and tasty, including burgers for the adults and pizza and ham egg and chips for the children. The restaurant also provided a goody bag for the children, the best I’ve seen, including crayons, a colouring book, and stickers. I also loved the shabby nautical theme in the restaurant!
